it was ray's birthday last saturday. tea suggested and brought us for dinner at this japanese place at 2nd floor of meriden hotel. its very very very yummy! had beef tongue, kobe beef, beef, beef and beef and finish it off with cold beer. the bill's very very very attractively high too :(

2008 pocket diary - i love it!

i fell in love with this the moment i saw it at lynn's place. she had the 2007 version and now i have the 2008 version! :D tyre got it for me last weekend at taka. love it and cant bear to use it. its a 2008 pocket diary with embrodiered pictures. it sooo cute and it makes me happy just to look at it

first - came home to find a mail waiting for me! i have joined some of the swaps listed on http://www.swap-bot.com/ . it similar to pen-pal system where people from around the world send each other small little presents according to a certain theme. have signed up for a few and i got the first one ! signed up for "international sticker swap" and this came from jennifer of massachusetts. hers was the first to reach me. there should be another 2 more. just cant wait...

second - my parents and older brother came back from Shanghai finally. they were away for a week plus and was missing them at home. it was pretty quiet without them around. and they brought back my favorite hairy crab! its in season now! yummy yummy.

my virgin sale online! its the first time i am dabbling with selling online and this is so exciting! i made this using small wooden russian dolls - a family of them and it was bought by Stephanie in USA. On the very day i posted it up for sale. i have just sent the item to her and i hope she likes it.

made this at the request of my shoutmatey. she got a new psp and needed pretty pouch to match it... here's it! specially made for her, using the fabric she bought for me! its blue on one side, brown on the other. love the color combination and the prints on the fabric.
